In order to continue to provide the level of programs and services that the members of CHS-MC enjoy, the Chapter Board has decided to move to a virtual office model. We do not make enough revenue to support the overhead of a physical office.  All the equipment and supplies needed to operate the functions of the office, will be located in the home of our employee, Christine Keilback. The Chapter has rented a small storage locker for our archives, fundraising and awareness supplies as well as all things of historical significance to the membership. We hope to have the move completed by June 1st.

We are looking for volunteers to help during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm) to pack things like the kitchen and take the Million Dollar Club certificates off the wall, scan them, and pack them etc. Not heavy work.

We are looking for volunteers this Sunday,April 29th from 1 pm to 3 pm, to help with more physical work: bringing the last of the stuff up from the basement, runs to the dump etc. Get things ready (wiped down etc.) to sell.

If you can help, please call the office and let us know when you are coming. We have lots of errands out of the office as well as a few meetings this week, and we don’t want to miss you!
