Input is Wanted

You or someone you know as a Class member, for the first time since the approval of the settlement, will have received a letter from the Joint Committee (JC). This request is to provide feedback on their experience as the beneficiaries of the settlement. More importantly the letter is asking for their input on the areas of the settlement that they feel fall short and how best to propose improvements to the Courts. More Details on the Request

The JC has completed its round of consultation meetings however there is still time to provide your individual input. Your input can be provided in addition to the CHS recommendations which have been submitted to the JC after the CHS completed a survey of CHS members who are also Class Members and Family Class Members.
