Each month, Fukumoto Fitness, 4-521 Golspie St. in East Kildonan, puts on a charity boot camp for a local organization or cause that they have connection to! Roger Miranda, from Digital Relay, introduced the Chapter to Fukumoto Fitness. Digital Relay is the Winnipeg company that helps the Chapter with our web sites and our upcoming social media campaign.

The folks at Fukumoto Fitnness say this workout will be eye opening in the way you should be working out and all the pre and post work that needs to be done to safely move! It is for ALL fitness levels so please go at your own pace! If you have serious health issues then this is not a good idea for you which will be evident upon your health form but modifications can be made for participants. Participants can look forward to a full body, metabolic, interval training workout that will boost metabolism, burn fat, and move in every way your body was designed to move!

The Saturday March 3rd event is sold out!

Thanks to Kathy Mulder, Bojan Pirnat and Matthew Thiessen who are representing the Chapter at the event.

Thanks to Fukumoto Fitness for thier commitment to promote healthy living at to raise money and awareness for the Hemophilia Society of Manitoba!

Here is a short video on a past charity event so you can get a vision for what it is all about!
