hemo-logoCHS-MC members who are on home management, will have received a letter from the Manitoba Bleeding Disorders Program (MBDP) about the new MyCBDR. CHS-MC members are currently using either EZ log or paper diaries to record their product usage. EZ log will be discontinued on August 28, 2015.

There are MyCBDR training sessions offered by the MBDP on Tuesday August 18th and Tuesday August 25th between 6 pm and 8 pm. You also have the choice of coming on Saturday August 22nd from 10 am to 2 pm. You can register for these sessions with the Chapter by calling 204.775.8625 or by calling the MBDP at 204.787.2465.

Please note the Patient Check List that was included in your package. You need to register at www.MyCBDR.ca to get the ball rolling. The MBDPO will process your registration and that can take as much as 7 days.

The package from the MBDP also included a list of the responsibilities of both the MBDP and the member on home management. Please note the change in practise in regards keeping your records up to date and its’ impact on the amount of product you are requesting.
